Each of our Board members have played an integral role in championing Ballet Arts Inc, propelling us to where we are today. Their contributions to the evolution of our organization have helped to enrich art and culture here in Jackson and throughout West Tennessee. We are thrilled to announce we are seeking to add to our Board those who have a love for the arts and community engagement. In my first season as Executive Director, I am honored to work with community leaders as we continue to fulfill our mission of providing the youth of West Tennessee with an opportunity to develop character, life skills, integrity, and independence through the study of and participation in classical ballet. We strive to enrich the cultural life of the community through outstanding performances and outreach programs and are looking to build upon a 50 year foundation. This past year we moved into our own facility after renting space since 1975 and made the necessary renovations to house our legacy of props, sets, and costumes as well as adding three beautiful new studios for rehearsals. With the newly acquired space we were also able to begin a premiere dance program, The Academy of Ballet Arts.

Our Board members are dedicated supporters and long-time advocates of Ballet Arts Inc and we would like to find those who will help us not only sustain our mission but also plan for the future opportunities that we believe are available for the youth of West TN.
